Passaic County Divorce Records

Passaic County divorce records are official documents containing pertinent information about divorce proceedings, also known as dissolution cases. They are generated by the Family Division of the Passaic County Superior Court. Information typically found in divorce records includes:

Like most court records, Passaic County divorce records are subject to New Jersey Rule of Court 1:38-1. As a result, they are considered public records.
